• Please submit one form for each child attending.

• Session Selection

  • Grades 3–6: Choose one morning session.

  • Grades 7–10: May choose one morning and one afternoon session.

    • Morning sessions for Grades 7–10 are limited

• 8:30-11:00 AM SESSION: Drop-off is between 8:15 and 8:30 AM and pickup is no later than 11:20 A.M.

• 11:30 AM-2:00 PM SESSION: Drop-off is between 11:15 AM and 11:30 AM and pick up is no later than 2:20 PM.

• Note: Parent/guardians are responsible for providing transportation to and from camp.

• All campers must wear closed-toe shoes and school-appropriate clothing.

• Camp is free this year; however, space is limited. Each session allows up to 15 students, with the exception of the Education Occupations Grades 7–10 CPR session, which allows up to 12 students.
