Agricultural Science

Are you interested in learning about how food, fuel, and fiber are produced? Would you like to explore how drones and self-driving equipment are used in agriculture? We will examine the areas of plants, animals and technology in agriculture, and it’ll be hands-on. Join us in our pastures, fields, greenhouse and livestock barn; you’ll be glad you did.

 

Construction Trades

Are you interested in construction trades? Join us and learn the basics of woodworking and power tool usage. Students will also explore “working with epoxy” and take home an epoxy coaster.

 
 
 

Hospitality & Business

Dive into the world of hospitality and business management. Campers will learn about customer service, hotel operations, and event planning, gaining insights into the inner workings of the hospitality industry while participating in fun challenges and simulations.

 
 

Automotive Tech

Are you interested in learning how to perform oil changes, vehicle safety inspections and tire rotations? Would you like to earn certification in a Valvoline-sponsored program that involves video instruction, and oil changes? Join us for this hands-on experience using vehicles in the auto lab as well as video instruction and hands-on work.

 

Digital Media

Do you like graphic design, animation, or video game creation? Do you want to learn to use a laser engraver? Then Digital Media is for you! At our camp you’ll learn to use a laser engraver? Then Digital Media is for you! At our camp you’ll learn the basics of editing video games, how to animate, and engrave your own designs using lasers. Join us for this hands-on experience using computers, drawing tablets and professional programs. By the end of camp, you’ll have an original creation to take home!

 

REMINDERS

  • All campers must wear closed-toe shoes and school-appropriate clothing.

  • A.M. SESSION: Drop-off is between 9:20 and 9:30 and pickup is no later than noon.

  • P.M. SESSION: Drop-off is between 12:50 and 1 and pickup is no later than 3:30.


 
 

Babysitting Boot Camp

Discover how children learn as you participate in make-it/take-it activities. Become aware of safety for young children in a variety of environments. Whether you’re interested in developing your babysitting skills, considering a career working with children, or interested in becoming a teacher, this is for you.

 

Health Occupations

Are you interested in the human body? If so, come learn how the human body works. We will be looking at core body systems and how they keep the body functioning. We will be doing many hands-on labs, including learning how to do vital signs as we discover how each of these systems work.
